Biography of Founder

Dan is the father of three teenage boys. He has been licensed and worked in the insurance and financial services business since 1997. He has always had a passion for the financial world since he started in the business at age 16 under the tutelage of his father. He has a master’s degree in Business. Dan was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta, National Honor Society in Business Administration for being in the top 5% of his graduating class. Dan was an Eagle Scout. He speaks French fluently and loves to travel, having visited several countries. He has lived several years overseas in France for 2 years and Germany for 4 years and has also lived in Hawaii, Utah, Colorado, California, and now residing in Franklin, Tennessee, which he now calls home. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his children, ballroom dancing, and golfing.

2016 - Present: Serving clients in the middle Tennessee area. Dan resides in Franklin, Tennessee.

2005 - 2016: Dan moved his family from Europe back to his home State of California where he offers financial planning to retirees, families, American military personnel, and small to medium size businesses. Dan started doing financial planning in 1997. He shows consumers how to earn higher interest on their retirement savings than traditional methods and how to keep retirement assets safe while earning better returns. He also shows people how to save up to 50% on their insurance.

2002: Graduated from Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma, with a Master of Business Administration, MBA degree. Dan was inducted into Delta Mu Delta, National Honor Society in Business Administration for being in the top 5% of his graduating class.

2000 - 2004: Dan spent four years overseas in Kaiserslautern (Ramstein), Germany offering insurance and financial products to the U.S. Active duty military and American expatriates overseas.

1999: Graduated from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and a minor in Business Administration. Became Series 6 securities licensed.

1997: Founded Kempton Financial & Insurance Services. Became California Department of Insurance Life & Health products licensed.

1995: Left on a two-year service-oriented sabbatical to Paris, France where Dan learned to speak French fluently.

1994: Graduated from Crafton Hills College, Yucaipa, California with an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration.
